I found this chair yesterday, and could not resist for $10. There was a corner in the sun room that was just waiting for this pretty little occasional piece.

I found these two little hand thrown jars for $1 each. They are both signed, the one on the right EM, so could be EM Pottery in Mass. The other looks to be A.Haeger, a company outside Chicago.
I paid $4 for this little plant stand, and I painted it, using a marbling faux technique, and a Art Nouveau style pattern.
Vintage vanity mirror I found in an antique shop. I have a large one on my bedroom dresser.
Sterling I picked up for pennies at various shops.
I found these two little wooden boxes(canisters) in a charity shop for a $1 each. They have a metal chicken on them and were a brown wood. I brushed over them with paint.
Another Provence piece. I have a few of these pattern, a platter, and several bowls.
I got these beautiful platters in Provence. I have two, and they are about 18x18 with a lovely country pattern typical of the region. The little wooden pig was from a market in St.Remy.

I found these French pots in a shop for a song...They are vintage imports for  Charles R. Ruegger's "Bazar Francais." in New York.
It is said that Rueggers was influential in the young man who started Crate and Barrel.
Sorry for no posts!!! Have been busy, busy, busy! I have some goodies to share though, so will start with this one! These are W.S George china, made in US. This is the Vogue pattern and is 22carat gold. I got the entire 8 place settings, snagged them at an estate sale. The crystal is Waterford's 2000 Millenium pattern. Also, the little salt cellars were found at a summer flea market.
