I love the hunt for cool stuff and the small shops that just might hold a treasure. Part of the fun is the browsing, the first sight of a really awesome piece hidden in a hodgepodge of miscellaneous items. Vintage is a passion of mine, as I am not a fan of the more modern, less quality of a lot today.
This is a pictorial and verbal journey of my finds in out of the way little places tucked in suburbia.
I found these French pots in a shop for a song...They are vintage imports for Charles R. Ruegger's "Bazar Francais." in New York. It is said that Rueggers was influential in the young man who started Crate and Barrel.
